Tina D. Lewis: The BottomLine Queen and the Blueprint for Entrepreneurial Leadership

Leadership in business is often discussed in terms of vision, inspiration, and strategy. But for Dr. Tina D. Lewis, widely known as “The BottomLine Queen,” leadership begins with a much simpler principle: results.

Dr. Tina D. Lewis, a trained Physician Assistant from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, also holds a Doctorate of Philosophy with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration. Today she stands at the intersection of healthcare, entrepreneurship, and leadership development, helping business owners transform their ideas into profitable enterprises.

A 7-time international best-selling author and CEO of Royalty Coaching LLC, Dr. Tina has built a reputation for developing practical systems that help entrepreneurs increase revenue while maintaining freedom in their lives. Through her program, The 6-Figure Incubator, she mentors entrepreneurs and small business owners in building businesses designed not only for growth but also sustainability.

Her philosophy challenges the traditional entrepreneurial grind. According to Dr. Tina, success should not require sacrificing personal freedom.

“Entrepreneurs should not become slaves to their businesses,” she often says. “The goal is to work less, earn more, and have the time to enjoy life with the people who matter most.”

Known internationally as a Certified Professional Speaker and Global Ambassador, Dr. Tina has spoken on stages across the world, including platforms in Croatia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Africa, and India. Her leadership and business insights have been featured across major media outlets such as ABC, NBC, and Entrepreneur, and she has appeared on magazine covers and billboards nationwide.

Beyond coaching and speaking, Dr. Tina has expanded her entrepreneurial footprint through her inclusive lifestyle brand HOTTi bodi™, an all-inclusive fitness, yoga, and leisure apparel line built around the philosophy that “every body is a HOTTi.” With sizes ranging from 0 to 5X, the brand emphasizes confidence, self-expression, and body positivity.

Even before its official launch, the brand attracted over 10,000 organic followers on Instagram, drawing attention from fitness professionals, entertainers, and women around the world who resonate with the message of empowerment and inclusion.

But for Dr. Tina, business success carries a responsibility beyond profit.

She is also the founder of HBM Foundation (Her Business Matters Inc.), a nonprofit dedicated to empowering young girls ages 9 to 19 through programs focused on self-esteem, body positivity, entrepreneurship, leadership, and financial literacy. A portion of proceeds from the HOTTi bodi brand supports these initiatives, reinforcing her belief that business can be both profitable and purposeful.

Dr. Tina’s journey into entrepreneurship was not paved with privilege. As a teenage mother and single parent, she faced challenges that many aspiring entrepreneurs never encounter. Those experiences, however, became the foundation for her leadership philosophy.

“Entrepreneurship saved my life,” she explains. “I didn’t have the leadership of a mentor or even a coach. I had examples of what I didn’t want and fought like hell not to become that.”

Instead of waiting for guidance, she became the mentor she once needed.

“I became what I wished I had,” she says. “Helping others is our reasonable service. It’s our social and moral responsibility.”

Through her book “The 7 Strategies to Stop Bull$#itting and Build a 6-Figure Business NOW!”, Dr. Tina reveals unconventional strategies designed to help entrepreneurs break through limiting beliefs and focus on what truly matters in business: revenue, sustainability, and impact.

Her message resonates with entrepreneurs worldwide who are beginning to question outdated models of success. While many people are taught to dream of reaching a six-figure income, Dr. Tina encourages them to rethink the entire framework of possibility.

“People know what they want to do and what they want to have,” she says. “But they don’t know the HOW. I believe I have the blueprint.”

And for the thousands of entrepreneurs who follow her work, The BottomLine Queen is proving that leadership is not simply about motivation—it is about building systems that turn vision into reality.
