MaxPro Expands Built Strong Giveaway Across Southern California

For many contractors and blue-collar businesses, an insurance broker is someone they hear from at renewal time or after a claim. MaxPro Insurance Solutions is striving to make that relationship more active. The Southern California commercial insurance brokerage has expanded its Built Strong Giveaway alongside workforce safety, education, and risk management efforts aimed at the industries it has served since 2018.

MaxPro serves businesses throughout California and the United States. Its clients include companies in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, warehousing, automotive, hospitality, and other blue-collar industries. Rather than limiting its role to placing coverage, the company works with businesses on safety programs, claims consulting, employee training, and risk assessments intended to address problems before they become losses.

The Built Strong Giveaway Keeps Growing

MaxPro launched the Built Strong Giveaway in 2025 to recognize the people and businesses behind Southern California’s working communities. The giveaway was designed to recognize blue-collar workers, small business owners, entrepreneurs, and community members. It was hosted on MaxPro’s Instagram account.

The program is now in Round 6, and the prize has grown from $500 to $2,500. The expansion gives MaxPro another way to recognize the people whose work helps build and maintain Southern California communities while staying connected to the contractors, skilled trades professionals, and business owners it serves.

That community focus sits alongside a larger investment in workforce education. MaxPro conducts in-person safety meetings and training sessions covering topics such as workers’ compensation, OSHA and Cal/OSHA compliance, fleet safety, claims prevention, and workplace violence prevention.

Helping Businesses Recover Through the Phoenix Program

The company’s Phoenix Program takes a more direct approach for businesses already facing insurance challenges. It was created for companies dealing with issues such as high experience modifications, difficult loss histories, coverage problems, safety concerns, or rapid growth.

Through the program, MaxPro works with businesses on a roadmap intended to help them regain control of those issues and become more attractive to insurance carriers. That can include reviewing safety practices, addressing loss trends, and helping employers understand where operational changes may reduce future risk. For participating businesses, the goal is to improve workplace safety, reduce preventable losses, and become better positioned for insurance placement.

The approach reflects MaxPro’s broader belief that insurance should be connected to what happens inside the business rather than treated as a separate annual transaction.

A Leadership Team Built Around Different Roles

Co-founder Jared Bradshaw serves as CEO of Business Strategy and focuses heavily on risk management, safety consulting, workers’ compensation, and business education. Christian Moore, co-founder and CEO of Business Development, leads the company’s relationship-building efforts with businesses MaxPro believes are a strong fit for its approach.

Chief Operating Officer Stephen Sanchez oversees day-to-day operations, client service, policy management, and internal workflows. Together, the three have built MaxPro around the idea that a commercial insurance brokerage can remain useful long after a policy is bound.

As the Built Strong Giveaway grows and MaxPro expands its education efforts across Southern California, the company is putting more of that philosophy into practice. The insurance policy remains part of the relationship, but MaxPro is increasingly focused on helping businesses become safer and stronger before a claim ever occurs.
