Empowerography Live 2025: A Celebration of Healing, Humanity, and Hope

March 4, 2025

Written by Karen Hall, Emotional Intelligence Leadership Coach, Speaker, Bestselling Author

The Empowerography Live Women’s Conference returns on March 7 and 8, 2025, for its 5th annual transformative two-day virtual event, running from 9:30 AM-6 PM ET on Friday and 9:30 AM-7 PM ET on Saturday.

This year’s theme, “Celebrating the Human Spirit: Exploring the Power of Compassion and Renewal through Healing, Humanity, and Hope,” promises to unite global thought leaders, visionaries, and changemakers in a celebration of empowerment and transformation.

Co-hosted by Brad Walsh, bestselling author, coach, and founder of the globally acclaimed Empowerography Podcast, alongside Cecilia Tement, a transformational coach and Divine Energy Healer, the conference is poised to break new ground. Building on years of success, this year’s event introduces fresh perspectives designed to inspire meaningful change.

Transformative panels

The conference will feature transformative women’s panels aimed at inspiring personal growth, fostering resilience, and celebrating collective empowerment. In addition to powerful women’s stories, a unique innovation is the addition of a men’s panel titled “Compassionate Masculinity: Empowering Men to Be Agents of Healing and Humanity.” Walsh explains, “This reminds us that women’s empowerment is not just a women’s issue; it is a human issue.” This inclusive approach underscores the event’s commitment to fostering dialogue that transcends gender boundaries.

Walsh and Tement have created a global platform dedicated to amplifying women’s stories of resilience, triumph, and transformation. Inspired by the strong women in his life—his mother, grandmother, wife, and daughters—Walsh is on a mission to create spaces where women can share their voices and inspire change. “When women own their power and share their stories,” Walsh emphasizes, “they inspire others to rise alongside them.”

Mission of Empowerography is to inspire healing and transformation

The mission of Empowerography Live to inspire healing and transformation resonates with like-minded organizations and initiatives. One such partner is the Los Angeles Tribune, whose commitment to amplifying positive change aligns perfectly with Empowerography’s vision.

Adding further momentum to this mission is Moe Rock, CEO of the Los Angeles Tribune. As a media partner for the event, Rock brings his “Voices for Change” initiative into the spotlight. “We are committed to using media as a force for good by providing over $10 million in advertising resources to amplify non-profit organizations addressing critical issues, such as environmental sustainability, social justice, and public health,” Rock states. “We believe in the power of media to drive meaningful change. Through ‘Voices for Change,’ we are amplifying the voices of non-profits and leaders who are tirelessly working to make the world a better place.”

This spirit of collaboration aligns seamlessly with Empowerography’s mission of creating lasting impact while expanding its reach globally. Tement adds her perspective on this vision: “Empowerment begins with healing. When we heal ourselves, we elevate everyone around us.”

The conference fosters dialogue that inspires healing, collaboration, and transformation. “Our goal is for every attendee to leave feeling inspired, supported, and equipped with tools for lasting empowerment,” says Tement.
