The Los Angeles Tribune Announces Groundbreaking Leadership Training Program Launch in 2025

In a significant move to elevate the standards of leadership education, the Los Angeles Tribune has announced the launch of its Leadership Course, set to commence in early 2025. This innovative program, designed to cater specifically to entrepreneurs and leaders, promises to revolutionize the landscape of leadership training with its comprehensive and impactful curriculum.

The Los Angeles Tribune Leadership Course is co-created by Mary Glorfield, a seasoned leadership expert with an impressive track record. Glorfield served as the Executive Vice President of Robbins Research for 18 years, where she worked closely with renowned motivational speaker Tony Robbins. She co-created the Tony Robbins Platinum Program, a testament to her expertise in developing transformative leadership content.

Glorfield’s involvement in this new initiative brings a wealth of experience and proven methodologies to the table. “I am thrilled to bring my years of experience in leadership training to the Los Angeles Tribune Leadership Course,” said Glorfield. “This program is designed to equip leaders with the skills and insights necessary to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment.”

The course will offer a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical applications, ensuring that participants gain not only an understanding of core leadership principles but also the ability to implement them effectively. The curriculum will cover a wide range of topics, including strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, and effective communication.

According to a recent study by the Harvard Business Review, companies with strong leadership development programs see 114% higher sales per employee and 71% higher profitability than those without such programs. This statistic underscores the critical importance of investing in leadership development, a need that the Los Angeles Tribune Leadership Course aims to fulfill.

In addition to its robust curriculum, the program will feature interactive learning experiences such as workshops, real-world case studies, and group discussions. These elements are designed to foster a collaborative learning environment where participants can share insights and learn from one another.

The Los Angeles Tribune, a leader in media and thought leadership, is committed to delivering a program that meets the highest standards of excellence. “Our goal is to create a leadership course that not only educates but also inspires,” a representative of the Los Angeles Tribune. “We believe that strong leaders are the cornerstone of thriving organizations and communities.”

Enrollment for the Los Angeles Tribune Leadership Course will open later this year, with the first session scheduled to begin in 2025.
