As a college student, he was tasked with the job of finding housing for his fraternity. The process helped him develop a love for the industry and sparked his interest in real estate. “I love helping people find a house to call home.” This passion for helping people developed and evolved, eventually becoming a licensed real estate broker and educator.
Real estate carried a heavy statistic of failure, with 87% of agents dropping out in the first five years of their career. “I made it my mission to give back to the Realtor community by providing agent training to turn that number around and help agents be successful in the industry,” he says of his inspiration to establish Amen Bootcamp. Jim strives to help orient new agents to the industry, find where they fit, and develop strategies that will work for them.

Jim Amen runs a successful boutique brokerage working closely with agents to provide quality to potential home buyers and sellers. As an educator, he wants to pass this knowledge on to others. He continues to grow and find new avenues to bring value to the life of agents through his upcoming book, The Insider’s Guide for New Realtors…How to Get to the Top by Starting at the Bottom.
