An Insight On Neuro-linguistic Programming

Take a dive in with me today for a quick insight on what NLP is and how you can utilize it.

The most crucial part of networking with others is to be able to communicate thoroughly. Thoughts and ideas have to be exchanged in a way that makes sense for both parties involved. Without effective communication, it can be quite difficult to successfully network.

As an entrepreneur and life coach, I utilize a concept called Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), which allows me to easily communicate with people of different backgrounds. It has also helped me to understand others more effectively. If you are not familiar with the concept you may ask, what is Neuro-linguistic Programming? NLP is a set of skills that allows an individual to understand what kind of communication works most effectively with whomever they talk to. Those that use NLP pay attention to words, body language, and other nonverbal cues. These three things can easily reveal how a person might be truly feeling about the conversation or situation that they are in.

My Takeaway from NLP:

I have used Neuro-linguistic Programming skills to better my communication with everyone around me, whether it’s in business or mentorship. To me, it is a key to success. Being able to understand a person’s words further than what they “show” me allows for a greater understanding. I always apply this in my mentorship sessions and in the relationships I nurture on a daily basis. Ultimately, I teach individuals how to work on self-awareness using NLP, which in return, allows them to build a winning mindset, based on how their brain works.

What I saw through NLP was an opportunity to help others reprogram their subconscious minds and that brought forth Confidence Tones. I work with doctors, scientists, and top sound engineers to develop highly advanced therapeutic tracks, each layered with specific tones and sound frequencies designed to help people achieve profound levels of confidence, well-being, focus, and restoration.  This is a platform that I believe can truly help transform people’s lives, which was inspired through NLP and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Now, let’s further break down Neuro-Linguistic Programming For You:

Neuro refers to the brain. Our brains are the control system for our entire existence. The brain sends messages to all the parts of your body, voluntarily and involuntarily, to keep you alive. Along with this, it also allows us to think and do. Those who use NLP skills can understand the reasons for reactions happening and can possibly change their course.

Linguistics refers to language. The way we speak can reveal a lot about us, more than we think. Through the use of words and body language, our minds express thoughts. Using NLP, we can uncover more than just what we can physically see and hear. It’s about becoming self-aware of what the subconscious mind is really telling us.

Programming refers to how our minds run. Depending on the environment, many individuals tend to just do things automatically, with no input. NLP skills allow us to see the meaning behind how a person is programmed to just live in their environment, using habitual patterns, feelings, reactions, etc.

In conclusion, Neuro-Linguistic Programming is all about how we can transform our mindsets by paying attention to not only our verbal and nonverbal, but others as well.  Take a second and think about how you can implement this in your life…

How can you utilize it to have a better life, better relationships, and overall better communication?
